PENSION FUND REGULATORY AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (EXITS AND WITHDRAWALS

UNDER THE NATIONAL PENSION SYSTEM) (FOURTH AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2018

1.These regulations may be called the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Exits and Withdrawals under the National Pension System) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2018.

2. These shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official gazette.

3. In the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority(Exits and Withdrawals under the
National Pension System) Regulations, 2015:-
