Kindly refer to this Office letter no even dated 05/03/2019 vide it was directed that not to finalise rotetional transfer of HSG-I HSG-II, LSG & PA in Postal Side till further order due to cadre restructuring. 

In this regard competent Authority has directed to issue rotetional transfer order in respect of HSG-I HSG-II, LSG & PA in Postal Side   as most of the DPCs of cadre restructuring are finalised 

This iuuses with approval of competent Authority.
