Example of Balance Difference Issue of NPS
My dear Subscribers and visiter of the postalnps we are discussing about Balance Difference Issue on the platform of Postalnps.
I hope you all will get the trick to check your balance Difference. Why your balance is lower than your colleagues. and If you are one of them whose NPS balance is lower than your friends then Postalnps will help you to correct your balance.
If you are unable to understand the reason for why your NPS balance is differ kindly comment or follow by email , your problem will be discussed individually to this platform
Just an example we will try to see that how your NPS balance is lower than your colleagues. It is most Important example I am trying to show where the mistake had been done bye you office.
Let us see the example:-
We will assume that 10 central government servants joined their service on or after 2009.
The names of the employee as below:-
Suresh ,Ramesh,Dhanaji,Kunal,Amol,Shrikant, Govind,Shresha, Rohini,Tanvi.
• We will assume that 5 government servants of them has been joined their service in the month of November 2009.
• As well as 5 government servants has been joined their service in February 2011.
• We will assume that two groups of the government servants are there who comes under National Pension Schemes.
• First group of 5 employee is Suresh,Dhanaji,Shrikant, Shresha, Tanvi.
• Second group of 5 employee is Ramesh,Kunal,Amol,Govind, Rohini.
• First group all of them joined in the same month November 2009.
• Second Group all of them joined in the same month February 2011.
• All government servants has been filled up National Pension Schemes subscription From in the same month when they joined.
Now we will see what would be happened at that time when they joined, why the Balance is lower than your colleagues.
Note- Don't compare your National Pension Scheme balance with yours seniors NPS balance. Keep this thing in your mind that it is wrong.
• We will discuss about first group all they had filled up National Pension System subscription fom in the same month as soon as when the joined.
• All government servants have deducted their contribution towards NPS regularly.
• All of them dont have any EOL or MEDICAL Leave.
• Thereafter they all have Difference in NPS balance .
Now will see second group
• All of them filled up National Pension Schemes subscription form in the joining month.
• All government servants have contributed their contribution towards NPS.
• Kunal and Govind have EOL in their service they could not Contributed their contribution towards NPS.
• Rohani has joined second Government Department in her service under National Pension System and she transfer her PRAN from one PAO to another PAO.
• In second group first reason will bad effect to your National Pension Schemes Balance, because Kunal and Govind could not contributed their contribution towards NPS therefore employer contribution has been not uploaded to your PRAN account and it is main cause that shows your balance is lower than your colleagues.
• Kunals medical leave is granted after six months and leave of Govind is treated as dias-non.
• Both employee will have Difference in their NPS balance Govind PRAN account balance is lower than Kunal.
• as well as kunal s PRAN account balance is lower than other employees but more than Govind PRAN account balance.
Other than this there is few more reasons to impact your National Pension Schemes balance.
If you are one of them like the employee i have been shown in this example your balance can be lower than your colleagues.
